The studio

Images that carry a decision.

Roman Kasian, founder of TheoLab

TheoLab is an architectural visualisation studio working with residential developers and architectural practices — built on ten years of delivered projects across Europe, and now focused on the UK.

Most projects don't need pictures. They need a decision.

A planning officer who recommends approval. A committee that doesn't object. An investor who signs. A buyer who reserves off-plan. Every frame we produce is made with that decision in mind.

The decision has a clock on it

Every week between approval and launch is a week of finance costs with no leads coming in. Standard studios quote eight to ten weeks for a full marketing suite. We deliver one in four — without thinning the finish that justifies a premium price.

Speed from cutting noise, not corners

With no sales or project managers relaying your comments, you speak to the artist directly. Intent lands first time, and the revision rounds that usually absorb a fortnight never begin.

How the studio works

Decisions before production

Views, mood and references are agreed at the start, while changes are cheap. Production then runs against a brief that stays fixed — this helps us keep deadlines as promised.

Consistent look across all images

Exteriors, interiors and aerials are lit, staged and graded together rather than produced one at a time. Side by side in a brochure or a listing, they read as one campaign shot on one day — not a collection of separate renders.

Built to change

On a live scheme the design keeps moving — a massing tweak, a new material, a camera the sales team suddenly wants. Scenes are built so a late change is an adjustment, not a rebuild.

Materials carry the value

Brick bonds, roof tiles, mortar tone, glazing reflections. In premium residential, the material is the product — and buyers can tell when it isn't right.
